The only thing that can hurt you is your own judgement. It is actually as easy as that! Your judgement creates all your emotions, your thought patterns and your behaviour. If you struggle with anything try to stop judging it and you will see the whole story from a different perspective automatically. I know it's easier said than done, but you can practise it, like you can practise anything else. It even works with physical reactions and diseases. Your happiness is waiting for you right behind your judgement!
